Baulé USA LLC
In order to extend their offer for the cast polyurethane industry, Michel Baulé S.A. and Bayer MaterialScience AG have merged their respective cast elastomers businesses into a joint venture named Baulé SAS with headquarters in Romans, France. The United States entity of this Joint Venture is Baulé USA LLC and combines the former businesses of Baulé USA LLC and the Cast Elastomers Group of Bayer MaterialScience LLC. This entity also services Canada. More
