Baydur® 110

The specialist for thin-walled and large molded parts

Baydur® 110 is a microcellular, solid RIM material with a density in the range 1050 to 1150 kg/m³. Thanks to fast demolding cycles of about 90 seconds, molded articles with a wall thickness of preferably 4 to 6 mm, high intrinsic stiffness and high strength can be produced. Aluminum moulds are used during production which means that no release agents are needed, resulting in an environmentally friendly production process.

Features:
    • Economical production especially of large and complex parts
    • High stiffness with thin walls
    • High-quality surfaces for demanding paint applications
